Church Health Survey and Consultation

Service Description

Starting with an introduction to Natural Church Development (NCD) congregational survey, then to look at the eight quality characteristics of healthy growing churches and consulting with leadership to determine a course of action. Consultation involves coaching pastor and senior leadership of church in order for them to envision and begin a strategy to help revitalize and to encourage growth both numerically, spiritually and relationally of the church body and a leadership development plan.
