Employment Opportunity Announcement Church Office Administrative Assistant General Position Description: The Church Office Administrator/Secretary performs a wide scope of church office administrative and secretarial tasks under the direct supervision of the Senior Pastor. This position supports the Pastor and the church leadership with administrative functions related to overall church operations and front office management. This is a permanent part-time hourly non-exempt position that currently requires 11-15 on-site weekly hours during the Pandemic. Upon return to normal operations, the regular 22 hour weekly on-site schedule will resume consistent with official church hours. Compensation: Hourly non-exempt rate consistent with employment experience Work Schedule: Eleven (11) to Fifteen (15) Hours Weekly On-site (Pandemic Specific) Direct Report: Senior Pastor Education and Experience: Two (2) years of college (office administration oriented) or five years equivalent/relevant office administration, secretarial or related experience.
